We offer two types of home equity loans. An open-ended loan
with a variable rate and a five year period to draw money from your available line of credit. The open-ended loan has a fifteen year repayment term from closing.
Our closed-ended loan has a fixed rate and becomes due in five years. Payments can be set at a ten year pay back for loan amounts up to $25,000.00 and fifteen years for amounts above $25,000.00.
